Go to IRCTC website www.irctctourism.com , click on IRCTC Hotels tab or else you can directly search for www.hotels.irctc.co.in/hotel and make the booking.

Service Charge policy differs from Hotel to Hotel. The rates are exclusive of taxes.

All the Hotels are displayed in the website. However search location facility is available which offers bouquet of Hotels.

No. Generally Hotel policy is for 1200Hrs check-In and 1100 Hrs Check-Out.

Yes you can. While doing online booking you can place the order as per the request but if you had already done the booking then after arriving at the Hotel you can ask for the rates and extra bed.

Discounts depends on Hotel to Hotel and same is reflected at the time of booking.

There is option for that. If you want room with breakfast there is a different rate of the room and if you want without breakfast there is a different rate of the room.

No you can make a reservation under guest login also.

B.Make Payment Easily

Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, BHIM/UPI, Wallets, International cards, IPAY, PhonePE.

Any credit card can be used to book a reservation.

C.Check Booking status

It will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

After receiving the payment, you will get an email and message of the confirmation on the email id and phone number provided at the time of booking. You can also go to the My account in Login Icon present on the top right side of the screen. In my Account, details of all your transactions are shown.

It varies from Hotel to Hotel. While booking you can check the Hotel Cancellation policy.
